TERMS FOR USING GOCLIPP

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the GoClipp mobile application, website, and related services (“GoClipp”).

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using GoClipp, you agree to these Terms.

1. About GoClipp

GoClipp is a professional record-keeping application designed to help hairstylists, groomers, and other supported service professionals maintain information relating to their clients, pets, appointments, services, notes, photos, and videos.

GoClipp is intended as an organizational and record-keeping tool. You remain responsible for the professional services you provide and for determining what information is appropriate to collect and retain.

2. Your Records and Content

You retain responsibility for the information and media you enter, create, photograph, record, import, or otherwise store through GoClipp (“Your Content”).

You are responsible for ensuring that you have any permissions or consents required to collect, photograph, record, store, or use Your Content, including information, photographs, or videos relating to clients or pets.

You should not use GoClipp to store information that you do not have the right to collect or retain.

3. Backup and Device Storage

GoClipp may provide backup and restore features that use third-party cloud services associated with your device or account.

On supported Apple devices, backup may use Apple iCloud services.

On supported Android devices, GoClipp may offer backup using Google services and the Google account authorized by you.

Your cloud storage is provided by the applicable third-party provider and is subject to that provider’s terms, storage allowances, availability, and charges.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the account used for backup and sufficient available cloud storage.

If you choose to purchase additional storage from Apple, Google, or another third-party provider, those charges are between you and that provider and are not GoClipp subscription charges.

GoClipp cannot guarantee that a backup or restoration will always succeed. You should confirm within GoClipp that important backups have completed successfully.

4. Managing Backup Storage

Photos and videos may use significantly more storage than text records.

GoClipp may provide information about the approximate storage used by your records and media.

When supported, deleting photos, videos, or other records from GoClipp may cause corresponding obsolete GoClipp-managed backup data to be removed after a subsequent backup completes successfully.

You are responsible for deciding which records and media you wish to retain.

5. Subscriptions and Free Trials

Some GoClipp features require a paid subscription.

Subscription options, pricing, billing periods, free-trial availability, and applicable taxes are displayed through the platform from which you purchase the subscription.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled according to the rules of the applicable app store.

Purchases and subscription management are processed by the applicable platform or payment provider. GoClipp does not directly control app-store billing.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for a billing period that has already begun. Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable platform and its policies.

6. Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, eligibility and duration may be subject to the rules of the applicable app store.

Unless cancelled before the trial ends, a trial may convert to the selected paid subscription according to the terms displayed when you subscribe.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse GoClipp, attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access to systems or information, circumvent subscription controls, introduce malicious software, or use GoClipp for unlawful purposes.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update GoClipp to improve functionality, security, compatibility, performance, or regulatory compliance.

Features may change over time, and some features may depend on your device, operating system, internet connection, app-store services, or third-party services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Third-Party Services

GoClipp may interact with services provided by third parties, including Apple, Google, subscription providers, cloud-storage providers, and device operating systems.

Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. GoClipp is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, storage limitations, pricing changes, or other actions controlled by third-party providers.

10. Privacy

Your use of GoClipp is also subject to the GoClipp Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with GoClipp and should be read together with these Terms.

11. Protecting Your Device and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device and accounts, including any Apple or Google account used for backup.

If you lose access to the account containing your backup, GoClipp may be unable to restore that backup.

12. Disclaimer

GoClipp is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

While reasonable efforts are made to provide reliable record-keeping and backup functionality, no electronic storage or backup system can be guaranteed against every failure, interruption, loss, corruption, or incompatibility.

You remain responsible for maintaining records appropriate to your professional and legal obligations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GoClipp and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use or inability to use GoClipp, including loss of data, business, revenue, or opportunity.

Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using GoClipp at any time.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms.

Termination or cancellation does not automatically delete information stored through third-party services unless the applicable functionality or provider does so.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to GoClipp, applicable services, or legal requirements.

The current version will be posted on the GoClipp website with its effective or last-updated date.
