For help with GoClipp, email us and describe what happened, which device you are using, and the version of iOS or Android installed.

Please do not email client photos, videos, names, or other confidential client information.

Protect your records

GoClipp works offline and saves information on your device. When iCloud is available, it automatically backs up supported records to your private iCloud account. Make sure you remain signed in to the appropriate iCloud account and have enough available iCloud storage.
